TIME MANAGEMANT

We all need to make a schedule to keep the deadlines.

Here’s some items what you need making schedules :

      1. PRE-PRODUCTION
There’s lots of stuffs that you have to prepare before starting a project including documentations. There can be Storyboards, Layouts, Moodboards, Budgets..
        Moodboard
: A type of collage that may consist of images, text, and samples of objects
      2. MAIN + INTERIM DEADLINE
Every project has deadlines. There’s two kinds of deadline. Main deadline, and interim deadline.

        INTERIM

        Interim deadline

Main deadline is the deadline that almost people think deadline is- The final date of the project. But we have lots of small deadlines in the middle. That would be interim deadlines.
Both deadlines are very important because if you didn’t keep any of these deadlines, whole project’s schedule could be ruined.

      3. PRODUCTION MEETINGS
There will be your team which consists of maybe designer, programmer, director.. Then you must have some meetings for discussing about your project. That will make your project more successful.
      4. FILMING SCHEDULE
During the meetings, you might draw up some conclusion about schedules. Think when will be the good time for all members of the team.
      5. OTHER ASSET DEADLINES
You need lots of assets like image, logo, music to make a website. If you’re not prepared for assets, your website isn’t prepared too. You must set the assets deadline at least two weeks before the main deadline.
      6. TESTING + FINALIZING SITE
If you personally coding your website, you have to check it in every circumstances. For example, the site which works properly in Google Chrome didn’t work well in IE. Surprisingly, this happen very commonly. You HAVE to check your site several times.
